Working for a well established and award winning national electrical services company and reporting into the Division Manager, this Division Administrator position will involve you supporting the electrical contracting team with a range of administrative, customer services and operations tasks that need to be carried out in a timely, effective and efficient manner to ensure project and contract deadlines can be consistently achieved on time and on budget.Location: Western suburbs (working fully at office location, this is not a WFH role)Hours: 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm with half hour lunch (some flexibility can be offered)Full Time and Permanent opportunity: (Part time may be considered, e.g., 4 days per week)Key Responsibilities include but are not limited toMaintain archive registersManage incoming divisional emailsMinute takingGeneral office duties including data entryFollow up quotes/debtorsKeep open jobs files up to dateRecords/customer/client systems upkeepCustomer services / call handlingProviding administrative support to Project Managers and project teamsOrganise induction and trainingAssist with project activitiesEntering timesheets (weekly)Undertake invoicing including progress claimsProvide support to Payroll, HSE, Finance departments as requiredSkills / Experience required:Previous administration experience within an office environment is essentialPrevious administration gained in electrical and/or the construction industry would be highly advantageousCert IV Administration (or equivalent) preferred but not essentialCompetency with MS Office SuiteExcellent time management, planning and organisation skillsHigh level communication/customer services capabilitiesAttention to detail - do it right first timeExperienced in using Greentree or equivalent finance system preferred but not essentialAttitude is everything and you will have a fantastic work ethic and a can do’ attitudeYou will have the ability to naturally adapt to a fast paced and often changing environmentTo apply for this position please select the Apply Now button and forward your resume in MS Word format only.
