Description:

For over 65 years, RBK has provided Accounting, Audit and Taxation services to domestic and overseas business in Ireland. We have grown from a relatively small, regional practice to Ireland’s leading Independently branded Accountancy Firm, with offices in Dublin, Athlone and Roscommon.
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to support our IT Director & Team in managing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of IT systems and processes.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to manage administrative resources efficiently, including budgeting, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, convey information effectively, and represent the organisation professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the IT Director and extended team, including managing correspondence, organising schedules and handling tasks as required.
  • Coordinate team projects including tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of IT products and services.
  • Monitor and track department expenses, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense reconciliation.
  • Assist in the on boarding and off boarding process of employees, co-ordinating with other departments.
  • Oversee the daily functions of the service desk, including monitoring incoming requests, task allocation and progress tracking to ensure prompt allocation, follow up and scheduling.
