    Join Sedgman, a world leader in mineral processing, at their Head Office in vibrant South Bank.
    You’ll become part of a well-established and supportive team, being the main contact for employees, contractors, and visitors to the Brisbane office.
    A genuine love for interacting with people is essential.
    Collaborating with three teammates under the direction of the Shared Services Manager, your role will require involvement across the entire global business.
    You’ll also work closely with your counterpart in Perth, who has over 12 years of experience with Sedgman and will provide valuable support and insights from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Troubleshooting - being the primary contact for any office-related matters, including pass and locker access, and providing IT and password assistance.
  • Managing new starter onboarding preparation, mobile phone service requests, and reviewing monthly mobile service usage reporting.
  • Performing office walkarounds and serving as the main contact for any issues concerning office amenities, such as coffee machines, printers, and shared areas.
  • Handling domestic travel bookings, change requests, and processing corporate insurance claims.
  • Adding new suppliers to the system and ensuring compliance.
  • Downloading credit card statements and uploading them to JDE, along with processing credit card expense reports.
