The Faculty Operating Service (FOS) works with Faculty, Deanery and School Senior Leadership Teams to support education, research, and enterprise activities. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. You will have strong IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office and similar software.

Responsibilities:
As a member of a busy and engaged school administrative team, you will provide professional, operational assistance and administrative support to our academic community, performing a range of responsibilities which might include diary management, travel arrangements, minute taking, financial administration, supporting recruitment activities, website updates, and organising group meetings, facilities, and resources. Other activities may include maintaining school newsletters, updating web pages, maintaining digital signage and social media.
This role is hybrid. Successful candidates will be able to work flexibly and remotely and will be expected to spend at least 60% of their contracted hours working on campus. Flexibility will be required should the business need require a greater on-site presence.
