Description:

Le Wagon is a global leader in immersive tech training. Our mission is to train people from all backgrounds in coding, data and product skills, give them the best learning experience of their life, and help them accelerate in their career. We also help companies become more data-driven by leveraging their data and unlocking their employees’ potential through corporate training.
Founded in Paris in 2013, Le Wagon now has campuses in +40 cities across 25 countries, including global tech hubs such as Berlin, London, Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore, and São Paulo. Most importantly, Le Wagon is a community of 26,000+ graduates from all walks of life, including career changers, digital nomads and many entrepreneurs - who’ve created 220+ tech startups and raised $1B+ and counting!
In order to support our expansion in Europe, we are now looking for a driven and hands-on Admissions Associate who will join the Paris or Lisbon team to nurture and convert our top prospective students across all our campuses in France.
You will play a central role in attracting motivated, talented students to join our Bootcamps. Your role will consist of managing all applications pipelines, from inbound inquiries to onboarding. At the same time, you’ll be implementing sales strategies to qualify talented prospective students across our local markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage admissions pipelines from end-to-end across our programs;
  • Interview candidates to assess their motivations, career projects and tech prerequisite skills to ensure our Bootcamp will help them reach their goals and objectives;
  • Nurture candidates in the pipeline, ensuring frequent touch points and providing quick clarifications when requested, properly documenting all interactions;
  • Send relevant information and updates to all candidates and relevant third parties (eg. funding partners) in the lead up to the Bootcamp start date;
  • Improve our admissions processes based on your observations, relevant data, and discussions with other Le Wagon campuses.
