Admissions Coordinator - ENT

The ENT department are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for the role of Admissions Coordinator to support the daily running of ENT admissions within the wider Head & Neck Admissions team.
The successful candidate will work to provide and manage an efficient and effective administration service.
Excellent communication and office management skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise daily workload autonomously or as part of a team
Enthusiastic, motivated and experienced in administration
Knowledge of RTT
Knowledge of 18 week pathway
Liaise with patients and clinicians to ensure the waiting list is accurate and theatre lists are booked to capacity
