QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• CPR certification, or ability to obtain certification within three months of hire.

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine client eligibility.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries about our services.
• Document and maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate and arrange necessary services and support for clients.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
