EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • University education, preferably in the field of business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales in a fast-paced company.
  • Experience in higher education student recruitment would be advantageous alongside a professional customer service attitude.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Focused on sales results.
  • Computer literacy, working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of CRM software would be an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and actively encourage a team of Admissions Counsellors through coaching, professional development, recognition and the creation of a stimulating work environment.
  • Manage multi-channel admissions requests and their conversion into admissions.
  • Monitor performance indicators (enrollment, employee satisfaction and student satisfaction) on a daily basis.
  • Define and ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales objectives and implement the necessary corrective measures with admissions agents and advisors.
  • Supervise agents and advisors to ensure that they follow up regularly and effectively with registered and active students.
  • Ensure the daily follow-up on the various activities at admissions, and produce results reports for the management, on a weekly basis (leads, appointments, interviews, registrations);
  • Assist the Global Strategic Admissions Management team in the registration process for international students.
  • Be proactive and involved in the recruitment of all team members.
  • Participate in the development of recruitment objectives by territory (local, national and international) and implement measures to promote the achievement of the objectives set in terms of student recruitment.
  • Conduct listening and observation sessions with clients, on an ongoing basis, to ensure the excellence of the service offered and the accuracy of the information provided.
  • Identify training and coaching needs for each member of your team.
  • Initiate and actively participate in work improvement and process documentation projects.
  • Plan and manage outreach activities such as school visits, open days/nights, recruitment expos etc. and conduct thorough follow-ups post-activities to enhance conversion rates.
  • Regularly engage with the local leadership team to get the insights and feedback and align with local expectations, such as but not limited to participating to the local team meetings.
  • Any other tasks required by your supervisor.
