Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Educated to a high level, preferably with a degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in clinical outpatient/inpatient environments or healthcare IT.
- Experience with EMR environments and medical transcription technology.
- Experience with Australian Public/Private Healthcare System and Medicare reimbursements
- Experience working with PHI
- 3-5 years as a solutions instructor/trainer in healthcare.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and communication/training methods.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive user adoption and satisfaction of speech technologies and CDI solutions.
- Coordinate project tasks until closure and assume ownership post-closure.
- Gather and communicate product enhancement requirements to the development team.
- Provide onsite or remote training and support to end users.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with the speech team for resolutions.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as the main point of contact for users.
- Identify new opportunities for solution enhancements and assist in their design.
