ADTECH, INSIGHTS & OPS MANAGER

Location: Artarmon
Join Our Team As Adtech, Insights & Operations Manager

Reporting to the Head of Adtech and Measurement, this role will ensure the Sports, Streaming and Advertising department is at the cutting edge of Adtech. Combining your technical and creative skills, you will help the team with access to performance insights, while building new capability to increase operational efficiency.

  • Design, analyse, and interpret reports from multiple data sources (display, video, paid search, and paid social), both quantitative and qualitative
  • Collaborate with the Data and Media teams to understand ongoing campaigns, goals, and key business priorities
  • Check the accuracy of media tags, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Design, Manage and maintain our reporting data infrastructure via Funnel, BigQuery and other sources, ensuring stringent data governance, data quality and streamlined automation.
  • Work with Cross-functional teams to design and build Tableau and Looker Studio Dashboards to communicate media performance, Business KPIs and Customer Insights.
  • Prepare analyses and visualisations using data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Design and Develop Adtech capability in conjunction with internal product teams and technology partners
  • Manage delivery of reports and business insights, uncovering key business opportunities.
  • Manage and influence internal and external stakeholders to utilise data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions
  • Stay up to date on market trends and product roadmaps of technology platforms to keep Foxtel in front of new capabilities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital and business trends (including but not limited to Large Language Models and Generative AI), design and deliver on an internal roadmap to take advantage of these trends.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years’ experience in a quantitative data-driven field including experience in digital media advertising.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams across multiple marketing disciplines is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise documents. C-Suite communication experience is a plus.
  • Experience in media platforms, ad-serving, and web analytics tools (BigQuery, GMP, Google Campaign manager, Google Ads, SA 360, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, marketing/media tagging tools, etc.). Knowledge of BI/Data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI etc). SQL/Python is a must.
  • Experience with data management and taxonomy tools
  • Must be able to multi-task and develop ideas in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
