You will support client inclusion in their chosen communities, collaborate with various stakeholders, and manage services within available funding parameters. Regular professional development and administrative duties such as data collection and record keeping are essential parts of your role, ensuring compliance with quality standards and the organization’s duty of care.
In your leadership capacity, you will oversee clinical supervisors, ensuring they meet their KPIs, fulfill team obligations, and achieve growth and engagement goals. You are tasked with implementing strategies and objectives from higher management and running professional development sessions to enhance team knowledge and capacity. You will conduct regular one-on-one supervision sessions, providing mentorship to help supervisors excel both clinically and administratively in their roles.
Your position emphasizes building a strong, collaborative team environment and ensuring the effective integration of new supervisors and team members.
