As a member of the Advanced NAND Technology Process Integration team within the Technology Development Group at Micron Technology, you will be part of a word-wide group responsible for driving NAND technology roadmap direction. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers to assess new architecture, devices, technology and materials to validate the technology direction for the next 5+ years!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The ability to think critically, draw logical conclusions, and have a deep and fundamental understanding that can be applied to problem-solving.
  • Experience and knowledge in providing strategic direction in complex situations and generating creative solutions.
  • The ability to articulate your thoughts and provide clear direction in ambiguous situations.
  • A strong desire to advance your knowledge and skills. Goal-oriented with a focus on efficiency, and strong work ethics and motivation.
  • The ability to accept constructive criticism and derive positive solutions from diverse ideas/proposals.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Experience in NAND process integration, device or design is a plus.

EDUCATION:

PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics or related field or BS/MS with > 5 years of experience in the NAND industry

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of innovative 3D NAND technology and develop a strategic technology roadmap.
  • Identify and evaluate critical technology gaps, and mobilize multi-functional teams to address these challenges.
  • Define construction specifications based on electrical and inline metrics, unit processes, and design rules. Invent innovative solutions to meet product requirements.
  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specifications, demonstrating structure-to-electrical correlations.
  • Solve complex problems using a model-based approach and promote technical innovation through process innovation, patent generation, and authoring technical papers.
