Please see Job description for full details This post holder will be expected to deliver on all four Pillars of the ACP role; Clinical practice and expertise within Neonatal care, Leadership and management, education and research. Deliver and participate in the clinical care of patients attending the Trust. Prioritises health needs and intervenes appropriately. Utilise and demonstrate sensitive communication styles, to ensure patients are fully informed and consent to treatment Work within the multidisciplinary team, with agreed medical, nursing midwifery, AHP Trust protocols and guidelines.
Takes a lead role in enhancing nursing, midwifery, AHP and medical practice where appropriate through actively promoting and demonstrating evidence-based best clinical practice. Act as specialist resource to nurses, midwifery & AHPs undergoing courses and training. Lead on data collection for specific local and multi-centre research projec
