FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $31.61 - $47.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.
Summary:
Sources and recruits qualified advanced practice provider candidates and develops recruitment plans.
Responsibilities:
Screens potential candidates, assessing their background to determine compatibility. Coordinates short and long-term sourcing, recruitment and retention plans, and advertising.
Identifies targeted physicians using effective recruitment methods. Identifies knowledge, skills and abilities needed by the hiring department.
Presents opportunities to candidates for assigned specialties. Provides candidate with critical principles that describe potential life-long career opportunities.
Develops promotional materials and implements strategic initiatives.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

- Other information:Minimum Required Education: High school diploma/GED. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.Required Licensure/Certification: None required.Minimum Experience: 1 year of related experience.
- IF APPLICABLE: BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
