PLEASE NOTE: This is a part-time post for 19 hours per week (two x 9.5 hours shifts per week).

The team was one of the first to pioneer the robotic assisted surgery in 2007 and was awarded a Royal Berkshire Staff Excellence Award in 2020 for operational excellence.
Becoming a member of urology theatres senior practitioners’ team will enable you to further develop both your clinical and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will demonstrate considerable urology and robotic surgery knowledge and will be able to work in a pressurized environment. The ability to demonstrate effective leadership is essential.

To help coordinate the skilled care of patients within their theatre specialty, demonstrating expertise in all aspects of the care of patients.
As required, to provide direct support to clinicians and patients. To contribute to the management of the specialty by acting as a professional role model, able to confidently lead a team.
