Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Working with the Senior Manager of Business Technology to coordinate the harmonization and development of Xplan documents, coding, and wizard construction. The goal is to ensure the delivery of market-leading Xplan business integration and enhance practice efficiency through software and process integration. Apply Xplan document coding techniques to Rhombus Advisory’s advice documents effectively.

WITH HIGH LEVEL OF TRUST, YOU WILL GET GREAT THINGS DONE WITH US BY:

  • Maintaining and developing Xplan advice templates in line with business harmonisation requirements
  • Implementing a process to ensure content and templates remain current, accurate, and consistent across all Xplan sites
  • Staying informed about system changes to enable continuous improvement of output documents
  • Supporting internal Xplan-related queries by providing immediate answers to most inquiries and addressing more complex issues within 24 hours of receipt

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL POSSESS:

  • Proven Xplan experience, focusing on Advice template management
  • Industry-standard qualifications in business, finance, or related fields, including RG 146
  • Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in financial planning
  • Continuously maintain technical proficiency through required training
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and specialized software like Xplan, along with familiarity in taxation and investment theory
