Responsibilities:

  • Support HoD Financial Steering & Performance Management in developing and implementing a Financial Steering and Performance Management vision, mission and strategy that aligns to the greater Group process and transformation roadmap, inclusive Borealis & Petrom and future M&A integrations.
  • Work in close cooperation with Performance Management, other Corporate Controlling departments as well as with the divisional CFOs and respective functions
  • Create a group wide steering model, define and own KPIs that can be cascaded to divisions.
  • Regularly updates and improves group wide steering model and ensures integrity with divisional models.
  • Define targets in line with OMV Group strategy.
