Description:
We’re looking for a curious and innovative advisor in global talent management to lead the engagement practice. Your role will be to support various engagement and talent management initiatives for our office and plant employees. You’ll be responsible for measuring our talent engagement and using metrics, best practices, and benchmarks to propose innovative initiatives that will have a positive impact. Your contribution will be key to enhancing the plant and office employee journey at BRP worldwide.

Responsibilities:
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, career counselling, or a related field. Assets: Graduate studies in organizational psychology/career counselling/organizational development/business intelligence/statistics or another related field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a global organization.
Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners.
Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks when working simultaneously on several projects.
Knowledge of Qualtrics and Officevibe platforms (an asset).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret talent data and trends.
Strong curiosity, self-motivated to learn and deliver quality projects or take on new challenges.
Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and wellness (office and plant).
Demonstrated flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity.
The selected candidate will be able to work from the office in Sherbrooke or the one in Montreal.
