PUT YOUR EXPERTISE IN THE SPOTLIGHT

We are looking for a skilled Market and Business Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing live entertainment industry offering around the world, prepare various market and business reports in support of the business development activities for new projects, produce executive presentations for internal and external use, perform market research and comparative analysis of competitive landscape in live entertainment in various markets and support internal business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent abilities to communicate information and data visually, while ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of proven experience as a Marketing or Business Analyst or related role, with a track record of successfully delivering impactful research, analytical reports and detailed executive presentation materials.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to effectively and concisely communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel and Power BI, and data visualization and presentation tools – PowerPoint, Adobe Design suite.
  • Experience in graphic design and ability to present complex data with aesthetic and artistic sense is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Knowledge of Live Entertainment and/or Tourism industry and related business processes is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of the Live Entertainment landscape in key strategic current and new markets.
  • Prepare analytical reports in support of ongoing business opportunities for new shows and projects that are part of the New Creation pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant data and information.
  • Update existing templates with market analysis data and produce insights to be used in development of new business models, and support the evolution of these tools.
  • Analyze and summarize data, and create insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop and maintain documentation in the CRM and Sharepoint, relating to projects, markets, and business development activities.
  • Assist the Senior Vice-President, Business Development with the preparation of presentation materials for the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
  • Maximize the use of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and other data and graphic applications to represent information in clear and visually compelling form. Adapt the style and content of presentations for various business needs and different audiences.
  • Support business development and finance teams for assessment of new various business opportunities.
  • Produce infographic materials for internal and external presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in market and business analysis and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
