Description:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent experience in HR.
- The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years’ experience in learning and development, talent management, diversity, organizational development or related fields, with a successful track record in managing complex, multi-dimensional projects, and proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
- Strong execution and project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and communicate with staff at all levels of an organization.
- Strong team player. Brave, comfortable with ambiguity and open to driving change.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience and competency in HRIS/ employee platforms; proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Great attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of design thinking and principles of sustained engagement and the impact of these on learning quality/effectiveness and business outcomes
- Experience in large, matrixed and multinational global organizations is preferred.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
