Description:

Temporary position for 3 months.

As a talent acquisition and management advisor, you help meet talent acquisition and management needs. Through candidate assessment and selection, workforce planning, and career and succession management, you ensure that candidates align with organizational values and challenges. You advise and assist clients and partners, support the more experienced professionals in your unit, and actively help institute tools for your line of work. You help develop recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. In addition to conducting research and preliminary analysis, you develop initial outlines of tools and processes. You help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
  • Help develop and implement objectives, solutions and action plans
  • Carry out external recruitment activities, evaluate results and suggest changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to meet staffing needs. Analyze data, assist with studies, help develop recommendations and prepare reports.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with (language)-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
