Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Provide full-cycle recruitment support to assigned client group(s), developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques, and cultivating talent pipelines; experience working with a large corporation preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborates effectively with key stakeholders
  • Displays continuous improvement mindset and uses data to solve problems
  • Resilient in the face of challenging situations

LANGUAGE SKILLS

English fluency required. Additional language skills may be required based on country norms.

Responsibilities:

Client Management & Engagement

  • Lead strategic kick-off call to understand hiring need
  • Conduct/review talent supply & demand analysis and educate hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics
  • Coach clients on how to be brand ambassadors to attract key talent
  • Schedule and lead recurring check-ins with hiring manager
  • Screen candidates and present a diverse, qualified slate to hiring manager
  • Participate in debrief meetings and provide candidate insights to aid in selection
  • Provide offer recommendation to hiring manager and HRBP based on candidate and market expectations

Recruitment Strategies

  • Early talent recruitment
  • Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional area(s) and roles
  • Identify optimal channels for advertising roles and post jobs accordingly
  • Proactively source and engage talent internally and externally, utilizing available tools (e.g., DanaherGo, candidate CRM)
  • Review QDIP dashboard and implement countermeasures to address challenges throughout the recruitment process

Candidate Engagement

  • Create an exceptional candidate experience by following candidate care initiatives
  • Understand candidate motivators and customize messaging to increase likelihood of offer acceptance
  • Attend career fairs and other events to engage with talent
  • Advocate for candidates from diversity events and bring them into candidate funnels
  • Employee referral program coordination with OpCo HR

Operational Responsibilities

  • Follow standard work guidelines for each tollgate of the recruiting process
  • Ensure job description compliance (e.g., branding, inclusive language, translations)
  • Coordinate review of candidate RCAs
  • Coordinate with local HR on immigration and works council consultation
  • Maintain timely and accurate candidate status updates in Workday
  • Follow standard work for engagement and onboarding of recruitment agencies for individual reqs
  • Request interview schedules and order gating assessments as appropriate
  • Enter offer details in Workday and coordinate with TA Coordinators/HR on offer letters/employment agreements

Additional Projects/Roles

  • May act as DEITA SME
  • May act as technology champion (e.g., Workday TAP, CRM champion)
  • May become CP for DBS tool
