Who we are looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Advisory Compliance Manager, AVP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the investment servicing, markets and financing, and investment management. The candidate should have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory issues to various stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing strategic guidance to senior management. The candidate should be proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role is based in Poland (Krakow) can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home (2 days per week) and office( 3 days per week) to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As a Advisory Compliance Manager, AVP you will:

  • Provide advice and compliance oversight to the business line functions and senior management
  • Participate in and provide compliance input for New Business Product Reviews, Global Transition Risk Assessments and other corporate initiatives as required
  • Draft reports that are appropriate for executive level consumption to clearly communicate results, risks, and key issues
  • Develop and implement of compliance policies and procedures
  • Monitor regulatory landscape
  • Execute compliance testing and reviews
  • Maintain current knowledge of regulators’ focus areas, recent enforcement actions, and industry practices generally
  • Miscellaneous projects as required

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Relevant work experience in compliance, risk functions or audit with a focus on advisory services within investment servicing, markets and financing, and investment management.
  • Experience with Asset Management and/or EU Banking Regulations is a plus
  • CPA, CIA, CISA or other applicable certification preferred
