Your new job
The AEPCC Administration Assistant will provide administrative support to the Australian Early Psychosis Collaborative Consortium (AEPCC) team.

Reporting to the AEPCC Executive Officer you will:

  • Manage the calendars and travel arrangements of the AEPCC Principal Investigator and Executive Officer.
  • Provide secretariat support including scheduling meetings, preparing agenda documents and papers, preparing minutes and formatting documents such as PowerPoint as required.
  • Working with the AEPCC team to provide support for events including setting up online registration and liaising with venues.
  • Provide financial processing support such as; tracking expenses, submitting invoices and payments, credit card reconciliations and issuing taxi vouchers.

You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • Knowledge and previous experience working in an administration setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence a broad range of professionals and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of or previous experience working in an academic research or clinical environment is desirable.
  • Excellent computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office suite of programs, Smartsheet, CRMs (e.g. Blackbaud, Salesforce), Qualtrics or other survey-based programs.

This is a part time – 16 to 24 hours per week, ideally spread across 4 days, 12-month contract from commencement.
