We have an excellent opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to help broaden CEX.IO affiliate relationships. As a part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in optimizing affiliate campaigns to drive revenue growth and thus scaling our retail business.
You will be working closely with:
Ivan Shestakov, a Chief Marketing Officer, Ratko Stambolia, a Performance Marketing Manager, Max Malkovych, Product Marketing Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Establishing, maintaining, and growing affiliate relationships.
• Developing strategies to recruit new affiliates, negotiate deals between affiliates and their clients, and manage affiliate promotions.
• Overseeing all aspects of affiliate billing and payouts.
• Negotiating lead and conversion rates with affiliate partners, including influencers and other industry thought leaders, to drive value for both parties.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create and provide affiliates with promotional materials and advertising content.
• Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to enhance and optimize the affiliate program performance.
• Generate monthly reports detailing affiliate performance, conversion rates, and overall revenue.
• Based on in-depth analysis of the program metrics, sales traffic, and market trends generating insightful reports to upscale essential products and improve sales methods.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years experience in affiliate marketing and partnerships within financial services or/and the crypto market.
• Experience using affiliate networks on different payment models (Revshare, CPA).
• Experienced in leveraging data and KPIs to monitor affiliate program progress and make changes as needed
• Self-motivated, willing to take initiative, and thriving in brainstorming and executing new ideas.
• Willing to go above and beyond to make the affiliate program successful and the affiliates feel valued and appreciated.
• Data-driven and experienced with creating and maintaining key performance metrics to measure the success of each affiliate marketing initiative.
• Highly organized and able to manage every step of the affiliate relationship, monitoring, and payment process without micromanagement.
• Adaptable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure all goals are met and exceeded.
