We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our affiliate marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing performance, and ensuring the overall success of our affiliate marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Program Development: Develop and execute the overall strategy and roadmap for our affiliate marketing program, aligning it with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Partner Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, negotiate and manage contracts, and foster strong relationships to maximize program growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, providing support, guidance, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track affiliate performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, increase revenue, and maximize ROI.
  • Affiliate Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, including the creation of promotional materials, landing pages, and tracking links. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analysis on the performance of the affiliate marketing program. Present findings and recommendations to management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging affiliate marketing opportunities. Identify and recommend new approaches or technologies to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the affiliate marketing budget, including forecasting, expense tracking, and cost optimization. Monitor program costs and revenue to ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends. Familiarity with affiliate networks (CJ/Commission Junction, Rakuten etc.), tracking platforms, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively manage relationships with external partners.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Passion for staying updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
