THE OPPORTUNITY:

Komatsu ANZ has over 3300 employees’ locally with over 60,000 employees around the world and is known for their top-quality machinery supplied into the mining, construction, earth moving and material handling. Industries.
This permanent full-time role will be managing a large and stable customer base (100+) as their key point of contact for all after sales support. You will effectively manage a machine’s entire lifecycle from when it is sold to remanufactured.
This position will manage these accounts with their servicing, parts, and aftermarket needs relating to all of Komatsu’s product line.
There will be frequent travel in this position as you will be on the road visiting customers from Wollongong to Bega and into Goulburn.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing out of the box solutions to customers to better embed Komatsu into key accounts.
  • Looking for ways to upsell and cross-sell parts and products into existing customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service with pro-active communication
  • Conducting professional and effective meetings with customers to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and service.
  • Compiling quotations, weekly reports whilst ensuring all opportunities and information is accurately documented.
  • Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets whilst also delivering a customer centric approach with high morals and ethics
