Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with residential electrical installations and performing on-site visits.
  • Experienced in PV, battery energy storage systems and distributed energy systems.
  • Experienced in conducting remote diagnostics to PV and Storage systems.
  • Electrical risk and working in heights training certificates.
  • Ability and capacity to analyze problems and find suitable troubleshooting strategies.
  • Strong ability to work independently, with strong organization and documentation skills.
  • Exceptional capacity for managing simultaneous activities and challenges.
  • Fluent in English and German is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to Trina’s installers and end customers via phone and email.
  • Analyze incoming technical support inquiries and prepare troubleshooting measures.
  • Support the technology departments with fault analyses and reporting.
  • Coordinate with R&D Teams to improve further the products and provide feedback and detailed reports of the failures of the system.
  • Monitor and run scripts to assess the health of the fleet.
  • Conduct on-site technical visits when needed to Trina’s clients.
  • Coordinate with external service providers.
  • Prepare and present internal and external training.
