REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma in any relevant field.
• Min 2 years of working experience in Frieght Forwarding industry

• Serve as the main liaison for customer inquiries, ensuring proactive management of accounts.
• Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships while fostering collaboration across departments.
• Support in the preparation of bids, contributing to successful customer interactions.
• Provide insights to enhance revenue strategies aligned with existing business models.
• Collaborate with global accounts, participating in operational reviews and assessing KPIs.
• Offer troubleshooting assistance to the global operations team as needed.
• Promptly escalate and address customer issues within designated timelines.
• Work closely with sales, customer service, billing, and operations teams.
• Update and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and share best practices.
• Assist in vendor identification to optimize costs and streamline operations.
