THE OPPORTUNITY
Leavitt Machinery is looking for a driven, energetic, and team-oriented Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Langley, British Columbia. As the Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative, you will be joining our inbound sales team, and will be given the opportunity to develop into an outbound sales role within 6 to 12 months. The successful candidate will learn industry-leading sales techniques, allowing you to rapidly progress your sales career within our organization.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- A strong aptitude for building customer relationships
- Results-oriented with a drive to identify solutions and solve problems
- Positive attitude with the ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Collaborative and a true team player

Responsibilities:
As the Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative your key responsibilities will include:
- Identify new business through prospecting and cold calls
- Manage inbound leads and care for existing customers
- Understand customer needs, educate on options, and offer solutions
- Manage customer relations throughout the entire sales cycle
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate across departments to enhance customer relations
- Lead quarterly trips to key customers and prospects in your territory
- Acquire product knowledge on all types of material handling equipment and attachments
