An ambitious leader within Automated Warehousing solutions, our client has presented an exciting opening for an Afternoon Shift Maintenance Electrician at a blue-chip client site. Globally, they deliver high-complex solutions for cutting-edge technology systems for multi-million-dollar projects, from concept to go-live, across Australia and New Zealand.

YOUR SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Essential;

• Electrician with full A-grade license
• Industrial Automated Electro-Mechanical Machinery
• Computerised Maintenance software
• Sound mechanical maintenance aptitude
• Ability to work under pressure and follow procedures
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Strong organisation skills and be happy working on your own as well as part of a team
• Fault finding/diagnosis on mechatronic systems and equipment
• Team player, willing to slightly adjust shift times to cover teammates

Desirable;

• Pneumatics & Hydraulics Post Trade Certificates
• Automated Warehouse Machinery, such as; Robotics, Conveyors, Lifts, Cranes, Palletisers, Buffers, etc

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will;

• Provide technical product support during breakdowns, shutdowns and all preventative maintenance activities
• Complete CMMS allocated work by the scheduled dates
• Ensure maintenance & repairs are carried out to meet OEM standards and specifications
• Provide support to Site Manager and Team Leaders to establish and train new technicians on Automated machinery
