Are you ready to be part of something extraordinary? We are on a trajectory of continuous growth, and we are currently in search of a Coordinator with a technical background to join our aftersales team, known as the Legend Division (because this is where we take care of our legendary creations!).
POSITION OVERVIEW
In this role, you will engage in daily collaboration with our global network of dealers, as well as our in-house workshop located in Ängelholm. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of exciting tasks, placing you at the forefront of ensuring maximum customer satisfaction when challenges arise. Our primary aim is to proactively maintain a highly service-oriented approach, recognizing that we represent the department most closely aligned with our market, post-product delivery.

Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the procurement and delivery of spare parts to our dealers
- Provide technical support to dealer workshops and Koenigsegg Service Workshop
- Organizing travel logistics for our technicians, primarily managed through our proprietary errand management system, KATS.
- Generating and managing orders within our Business System, Monitor.
- Compiling and maintaining data within our Service Site, where vehicle registrations and activity tracking are recorded.
- Overseeing assignments to our dealers regarding warranty claims and repair work, ensuring optimal cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and a solution-focused mindset are crucial attributes, as new responsibilities may emerge rapidly, necessitating effective prioritization.
While competence and experience are essential, we are committed to providing continuous training for our personnel, especially with regard to our various vehicle models. The role will entail regular interactions with our dealers and occasional communications with customers to apprise them of our efforts in resolving their issues.
