Description:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor the Agency Payment System ensuring timely processing and accuracy of payments
- Support reconciliation of GL/Bank Accounts
- Set up and maintain Agency employee records and systems access
- Calculation and processing of Agency employee subsidies
- Support maintenance of EIUA Agency records
- Ongoing support of Agency Administration items transitioned to our Global Shared Services Centre
- Meet Agency Support Services Team customer service standards and work with team and/or GSSC to address items outside agreed SLAs
- Participate in UAT activities predominately in Oracle Financials, FindIt etc.
- Continually review operational processes to identify improvements in processing efficiencies and cost saving initiatives
- Participate in projects/initiatives aligned to the wider business plan
- Provide back up support in all facets of the Senior Administrators role
