As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Real Estate Agent Experience Coordinator.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is designed to be both supportive and strategic, ensuring that agents have the resources, training, and support they need to thrive, while also contributing to the overall organization and efficiency of the sales team. The Agent Experience Coordinator is a key player in fostering a positive and productive environment for all agents and is instrumental in the success of the sales department.
We are looking for a outgoing, efficient, detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative support to our sales team; as well as ensuring a seamless integration and ongoing support for our advisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, sales metric tracking & reporting, onboarding/off-boarding, agent support, event coordination, and calendar management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to gain experience in the real estate industry and work with a top-performing team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative skills and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and data.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Apple and experience with real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM) is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with agents and team members.
  • A proactive and supportive attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support to all team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Based in Calgary

Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist sales team
  • Coordinate and/or assist with arrangements for team and client events – year-end and seasonal functions, monthly team events, client appreciation, seminars/workshops etc.
  • Day to day administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, ordering supplies and other administrative duties.
  • Preparation of training materials and meeting agendas to ensure sessions are productive and objectives are met.
  • Maintain records, compile and provide reports to the sales team on various metrics, including agent performance, training attendance, and other key indicators of team success.
  • Collect, document, and communicate agent achievements and milestones, ensuring recognition and visibility within the organization and to the Marketing team for promotional purposes.
  • Handle agent communications, ensuring messages, updates, and important information are disseminated promptly and accurately
  • Agent on/off boarding tasks, point of contact for agents providing support and guidance.
