Description:
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst to help us to continue to build best in class digital platforms. The Agile Business Analyst will shape the understanding and implementation of new features and functionalities, optimizing operational process along the way. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively across teams and functions gathering requirements, bringing together ‘As Is’ and ‘To be’ Processes and mapping digital journeys. You will work closely with SME’s, Product Owners, Development and Delivery Partners to ensure we deliver against our digital roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Create personas and document business flows
- Work with business users to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs, translate into epics / stories and identify associated candidate improvements from the current backlog
- Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritise competing business demands, contribute to the production and agreement of the solution design
- Lead ongoing relationship with business SMEs to ensure core understanding of business operations to support generation of high quality design solutions align to business need
- Implement design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate designs and validate proposed solutions, utilising prototypes and wireframes where appropriate
- Be responsible for solution design and delivery of agreed key tactical digital projects, while supporting ongoing development of digital roadmap
- Liaise with Scrum Masters, POs and engineers to translate technical requirements into business solutions
- Undertake change management activities like change readiness, communication, training and support go live
- Work closely with and build good relationships with clients and other delivery partners
Holidng qualifications in any of the following will help you to stand out but is not necessary in orde to apply for this role:
- Business Analyst Qualifications advantageous (e.g IIBA, ISEB)
- Project Management Qualifications advantageous (e.g IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2)
- Formal software QA experience advantageou
