• Experience in coaching and mentoring Development Teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Leadership
• Qualifications or proven experience in coaching scenarios and approaches (e.g. co-active coaching, …)
• An understanding of how to apply agile practices to reach the mindset required for the context you are operating
• Experience influencing team and leaders to drive change in their behaviours
• Experience operating within scaled agile settlings, and the complexities therein
• Experience across Financial Services domains to help deliver and support a range of clients
• Experience with a variety of training methods including classroom based, remote delivery, eLearning and providing education reference material; and in developing own training styles and methods.
