We are looking for a colleague, who enjoys working both solo and as part of a team. It is important that you are motivated to take responsibility as the role includes driving things forward and challenge when needed.

We imagine that you:

• have a minimum of 5 years’ experience coaching teams where you coached teams and facilitated continuous improvement
• are proficient in using Scrum and Kanban
• have experience applying agile approaches to diverse projects or initiatives
• are fluent in English, both written and verbal

Please note that it is not a requirement to have prior knowledge of the energy industry to enter this role.
