As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will drive end-to-end delivery. You’ll collaborate with business, project and technical partners to build roadmaps and agree priorities. And you’ll be supported by your colleagues in the Agile Delivery Management team.

  • Perform the Scrum Master role for the technical delivery team: facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospective ceremonies, and facilitate sprint Show and Tells.
  • Assist with story creation and backlog management in Jira.
  • Identify risks early, clarify impact and urgency against project breakthroughs, and finalise necessary actions.
  • Provide visibility both internally and externally through regular reporting and communicate progress and risks at both the sprint and overall project level.
  • Create and optimise an environment where the team can focus on delivering its objectives/goals.
  • Monitor and improve team morale.
  • Coach and mentor the agile team to build and mature agile delivery capability, both performance and quality.

Required Skills

  • Strong communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional multi-cultural teams and convey technical topics as needed. High level of written and spoken English.
  • Effective leader and a great teammate, with good interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to be flexible and handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Delivery-focused, proactive, analytical and a problem solver.
  • Knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and methodologies and experience with Agile frameworks.
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master and/or software engineering project manager.
  • Experience with user story writing, backlog management and roadmap creation.
  • Kindness, compassion, focus, drive, curiosity, and thirst for learning new things.
  • Nice to have Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or similar, or equivalent experience.

Benefits
We are looking for intellectually curious people, passionate about the bigger picture of how technology industry is evolving, ready to ask difficult questions and deal with complicated scenarios! If you are creative and a problem solver, this is the place to be as will be supporting you to fast-forward your career!
