PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically, five or more years of relevant experience
  • Advanced Agile practice professional with rich experience in usage of Agile metrics at team, program and product levels
  • Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • People leadership experience managing teams
  • Has been part of or led Agile transformation @Scale
  • Extensive experience in SDLC and IT project or program delivery management

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create & re-configure team topologies for Agile ways-of-working alignment
  • Lead Agile adoption, enablement, transformation, @Scale (multiple teams)
  • Conduct Agile maturity assessments, gap analysis, and continually review and ensure teams improvement can be measured.
  • Coach Agile Teams, SMs, POs, Program/Product Managers on Agile culture, mindset, principles, practices and ways-of-working.
  • Facilitate team and program level Agile events/ceremonies and maintain artifacts (Program and Team Boards).
  • Lead & facilitate agile planning, estimation and sizing at team and program levels.
  • Mentor and guide usage of Agile related metrics at team, program and product levels; boards and create contextualized reports/dashboards.
  • Drive Agile related governance
  • Provide regular communication to stakeholders and partners for transparency and awareness of outcomes and impediments; creates visual displays and communications with key information and agile updates for leadership
  • Build high performance teams, including conflict management, team dysfunction resolution.
