Description:

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a procurement role
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, with experience implementing agile practices in complex organizational environments

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in agile teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of organizations
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and deliver results within project timelines
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural, global organization

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or above
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
  • Certification in negotiation (e.g., Certified Professional Negotiator) or procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Work flexibly across a portfolio of projects as needed with Agile Transformation Squad leads
  • Support project execution
  • Take ownership of high-level negotiation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm solutions, develop strategies, and execute project plans to meet objectives
  • Provide guidance and coaching to teams on negotiation excellence and best practices, agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to support agile ways of working
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops (including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement)
  • Support the establishment of agile governance structures, metrics, and reporting mechanisms
