Agile Product Owner

The Value Hub is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Agile Product Owner. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in product development, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to drive the delivery of our products. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, and ensuring that the development team understands the requirements and goals of each sprint. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Proficient in using project management tools like JIRA or Trello
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and create a product roadmap
• Work closely with the development team to prioritize features and user stories for each sprint
• Define and document product requirements, acceptance criteria, and user personas
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
• Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Work with the development team to break down high-level epics into actionable user stories
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery
