Magna Electronics has an Agile process group (APG) and an Agile Program Management Office (APMO) that Agile Program Lead will participate in. APMO is a Lean-Agile change management team that is driving the transformation of Magna Electronics to Lean-Agile way of working, provides central support to areas that want to transform to a more agile way of working and remove impediments. It is also driving the necessary culture and mind shift change to achieve the Lean-Agile transformation.
APG develops the Agile Project Management (APM) which in turn is part of the Project Management and the Global Engineering Process(GEP). The APM is a way of working that combines agile principles and applicable automotive standards like Automotive SPICE(R) and ISO 26262 and is based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
