Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Agile Program Manager within Consumer Small Business Banking as part of our Digital Product Management organization. The Agile Program Manager role will partner with multiple product teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement. They will support the development of roadmaps that support our customer journeys, drive agile ceremonies, coordinate the delivery of new services and capabilities.

In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to leadership and partner to develop or influence success of products, prioritization for planning, dependency management and coordination, cross team communications, and engagements across change management
- Partner with and lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts
- Partner with Scrum teams, Product Owners, stakeholder, and business leaders to effectively achieve business goals
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired:
- 3+ years SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience
- Financial service experience preferably within digital marketing or product management space
- Experience managing large and complex enterprise-wide programs/products
- Proven experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in planning, executing, and continuously improving their delivery processes
- Experience partnering with technical and non-technical business partners with the ability to translate effectively to accomplish business goals.
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrixed environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels
- Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 5% of time
