Job Description:
As our Agile Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role at DTN. We are looking for an individual that will plan, organize, and oversee our Back Office and Front Office projects. We are looking for someone experienced in leading and managing Agile project teams, including managing project scope and timeline. This is a great opportunity to take your agile knowledge, and project management skills, and blend them into a high-impact role.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage Agile software development projects from concept to completion
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and deliverables using project management tools
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the project
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and reviews, and retrospectives
  • Utilize Agile tools such as Jira to track team progress and productivity
  • Measure and report on team performance and progress, as well as identify opportunities for improvement
  • Mentor team members on Agile values and principles

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience driving projects, strategy, and Scrum
  • 3+ years professional experience as a Project Manager
  • 3+ years of professional experience in the Back Office and Front Office ecosystem
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing, eCommerce, and ERP (preferred)
  • Knowledge of workflows used by sales teams, lead-to-cash business processes, financial data flows, and ERP knowledge (Workday, Netsuite, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical clients
  • Ability to select, adapt, and practice Agile software development methodologies

Licenses or Certifications

  • Scrum Master Certification - PSM o CSM (Preferred)

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
