For our office in Ettlingen we are searching for an Agile Project Manager, FT-NMR Benchtop (m/f/d).

Responsabilités:

  • Supporting/ mentoring the project team in applying agile frameworks/ practices, in executing events, and in creating artefacts/deliverables to continuously deliver value
  • Managing people in an unpredictable and stressful environment, assisting team development, and holding team accountable to their commitments
  • Structuring, planning, execution, and control of projects
  • Definition and supervision of sub-projects
  • Resource management and promotion of empowerment of project team, ensuring project team member engagement, encouraging a sustainable working pace
  • Delivery of the agreed project results (balance between time, cost, quality)
  • Assessment and quality assurance of achievements
  • Organization, facilitation, and documentation of project-related meetings/ workshops/ events
  • Ongoing identification, evaluation, and mitigation of project risks, resolving impediments to keep project moving
  • Escalation in case of plan deviations on adequate levels, making changes transparent, facilitation of decisions
  • Application of traditional project management practices, as needed
  • Evaluation of projects after completion and reporting on lessons learned/ retrospectives
  • Assuring implementation of adequate project governance within BBIO and with external partners
  • Pro-active and transparent communication, project reporting, managing customer and stakeholder expectations (assist Product Owner in doing this)
  • Actively participating in the continuous improvement related processes, practices and tools

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills, proven knowledge and experience in traditional and agile project management methodologies. In-depth Project management training required; certification desired (e.g. PMI)
  • Technical background – e.g. Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in field of technologies, natural sciences or engineering
  • Leadership experience in small and medium teams (10-20 people)
  • Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles and book-keeping
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Fluent written and spoken technical English skills, German language skills are beneficial
