ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently recruiting for an Agile Release Train (ART) Engineer for our well-reputed west-end client. HQ’d in Kanata, this software company has several offices worldwide to serve their global client base. The ART Engineer will work across multiple Software Development and Product teams with the shared mission of executing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) processes. These are permanent positions with one of the region’s top employers; a market-leader in their industry/domain.

This group employs a hybrid work model and thus only candidates local to the Ottawa/NCR area will be considered.
Duties include but are limited to:
- Execution of the SAFe implementation roadmap
- Facilitation of ART processes such as PI planning and execution, system demos, impediment removal, risk and dependency management, workflow optimization, etc.
- Continuous coaching of teams on Lean-Agile practices and principles
