- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience managing agile software delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of GEO-based applications and services.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus.
