SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies
  • Experience serving as the liaison with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Experience and familiarity with agile software development methodologies and lifecycle
  • Experience with agile, product, and DevOps theories, principles and practices
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to a wide variety of audiences (executives, engineers, third party vendors, end users, etc.)

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand key business objectives and strategy of the product, and support other Portfolio Managers in meeting business objectives, OKRs (objectives and key results), customer needs, KPIs (key performance indicators), and financial targets
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders while serving as a liaison
  • Create and maintain plans to execute against product goals
  • Author effective, clear, concise, and relevant communication and documentation for stakeholders
  • Serve as a POC throughout the portfolio management process to ensure decisions are in line with company strategic and financial goals on an ongoing basis, work with cross functional product teams using Agile, Product Management & DevOps best practices
  • Ensure end-to-alignment of the portfolio of business priorities to financial targets by collaborating and relaying dependencies within and across Product Owners in the Portfolio(s)
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization to achieve goals and objectives
