Driving a concrete agitator truck for Hanson is more than just going from A to B and back again. Our Agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service to our clients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business. As an Agi Driver, you will be making multiple deliveries throughout the day and interacting with lots of different people. Every day will be different, there’s nothing routine about this role!

• This role will be based out of the Narrogin Concrete Plant and is a full-time position.
• The pay rate is $33.04ph and you will also receive penalties when working past 8 hours during a working day.
• Most days will start between 5:30am and 7am and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 50 – 55 hours per week. Saturday work is generally available, paid at overtime rates
• We pay a base rate for the first 8 hours in a day, once you go over 8, the next two hours will be paid at time and a half. If you do more than 10 hours in a day, you go to double time. Meal allowances are paid after 10 hours in one shift
• As we mentioned, driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you haven’t met before
• We provide cutting edge technology to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads
• All new starts go through a 10-day training program before we let you loose by yourself
