We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Assistant General Manager to be a key player at this beautiful and bustling hotel just outside of Cambridge.

• Lead the charge in managing the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
• Take ownership of maintenance issues during your duty days.
• Dive into specific areas like the restaurant, lounge, or bar as needed.
• Foster teamwork across all hotel departments.
• Inspire and embody energy, enthusiasm, and positivity within the team.
• Continuously enhance your product knowledge and drive staff training.
• Take charge of team briefings and ensure service standards are top-notch.
• Achieve set budgets and maximize sales in every aspect of the hotel.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
